I believe that in our core we are all amazing beings who are completely resourceful, whole and totally worthy of feeling safe, enough, loved and successful. I know that it is totally possible- with intention, focus, and work, no matter what has happened in your life, to get back to this core self and live, love, learn, let go of things that aren’t serving you and the let the real you shine.

I know this is possible because I’ve done it.

I’m passionate about working with people who are ready and willing to take on the adventure of breaking through their conditioning, build up the resilience and resources to grow through the challenges that life presents and create the life that they are deserving of.

The Power of Relationship:

For me, relationship in therapy, is key. Being able to turn up and be all of you where you feel understood, supported and not judged is an extremely powerful and healing experience. The initial session will be a chance for us to meet and decide whether we are the right people to be working together. I make a commitment to all my clients that I will be honest in that if I think there would be a therapist more suited to helping- I will tell you this. I only work with clients that I 100% believe I can help and can commit to working with them throughout their journey.


I work from an integrative model which means that I was training consisted of learning from a few different theoretical models (Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic/ Gestalt, Relational.)

I continue to learn about and add different theories, philosophies and techniques as this gives me a flexibility to work with clients in a way that is most helpful to them as individuals and the stage of their journey. I am also able to draw from my own life experience which enables me to be intuitive and really empathise with a client.

I use traditional methods of talking therapies such as looking at your history and how this correlates to your present life, identifying unhelpful patterns and core beliefs, unpacking difficult feelings, and looking at your relationship to yourself, others and your outer world. I also use things such as: relaxation, drawing/creative exercises, breathing exercises, goal setting, visualisation, dream-work and well-being plans where appropriate.
